By Rail: The hotel is located about 16 kms away from Jaisalmer Railway Station. The station has good connectivity with a regular influx of trains from cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur.

Change of Date: If you need to amend your travel dates, 1 change in dates can be done at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 15 days prior to the original arrival date and is subject to availability for the newly requested dates. Please note that the final decision is at the discretion of the Hotel.
Payment: 100% of the payment amount will be required to be paid at the time of booking.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All bookings can be cancelled and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of AVcredits, provided it is done strictly 31 days prior to check-in date. Between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival, retention charges equivalent to one-night room rent will be levied. Post that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible with a 3.5% transaction charge.

Child Policy: One child under the age of 5 years may stay free of charge in existing bedding. A child between 5 and 11 years may stay at a surcharge of Rs. 3000/- (July to September) and Rs. 4000/- (October to March); 11 years and above may stay at a surcharge of Rs. 4000/- (July to September) and Rs. 5000/- (October to March).
Pet Policy: Dogs and cats are considered as “pets”. Charges for accommodating the pet is INR 1500/- which includes the pet food and special cleaning of the room.
