By Rail: The hotel is located about 4 km from Bikaner Junction railway station. It has good train connectivity with a regular influx of trains from Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh), Bhatinda (Punjab), Kalka (Himachal Pradesh) and Kolkata.

Change of Date: If you need to amend your travel dates, 1 change in dates can be done at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 15 days prior to the original arrival date and is subject to availability for the newly requested dates. Please note that the final decision is at the discretion of the Hotel.
Payment: 100% of the payment amount will be required to be paid at the time of booking.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All bookings can be cancelled and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of AVcredits, provided it is done strictly 31 days prior to check-in date. Between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival, retention charges equivalent to one-night room rent will be levied. Post that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible with a 3.5% transaction charge.

Child Policy: One child under the age of 5 years may stay free of charge in existing bedding. A child between 5 and 11 years may stay at a surcharge of Rs. 1,800/- (May to September) and Rs. 2000/- (October to March); 11 years and above may stay at a surcharge of Rs. 2,200/- (July to September) and Rs. 2,500/- (October to March).
Pet Policy: Dogs and cats are considered as “pets”. Charges for accommodating the pet is INR 1500/- which includes the pet food and special cleaning of the room. The package cannot be split. National Research Centre on Camel: Located in the midst of the majestic Thar Desert with sand dunes close by, Bikaner is (not surprisingly) also called “Camel Country” and is home to the National Research Centre on Camel. A visit to this research centre will show you more than 200 camels and help you learn about them and their ecosystem. If you want to get closer, camel rides and safaris are available to visitors. The centre even has an on-site milk parlour that offers you camel milk ice-cream!
Shopping: A popular tourist destination in Rajasthan, known for the sandy Thar Desert, the famous Camel Festival and historic forts and havelis, Bikaner also offers visitors a colourful shopping experience. Station Road near Kota Gate, is a popular shopping spot for locals and tourists alike. From handmade embroidered jootis, to bandhani sarees and local handicrafts and artefacts. Try the famous ‘Ghevar’, a popular after-meal choice, and even the local favourite, the savoury ‘Bikaneri Bhujia’. Station Road is a great place to pick up a souvenir or two.
Gajner Wildlife Sanctuary: About 38 kms (45 minutes) from Narendra Bhawan is the lush green Gajner Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Rajasthan. The park was once the hunting grounds for the Maharajas, but is now a preserved area that houses a rich abundance of flora and fauna. Some of the rare wildlife species that can be found here include blue bulls, deer, antelopes, black bucks, Indian hares and a number of migratory birds. The natural lake found in the sanctuary serves as an oasis within the forest and attracts many of the resident animals to quench their thirst.
