Individual Reservations
Guests who have made bookings for stays before April 30th 2022, may modify their reservations free of charge or receive a full refund for cancellation, where applicable. This is valid for bookings made directly with the hotel, from our brand website or via our sales offices. Please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservations.
For bookings made through a travel intermediary (e.g. travel agents, OTAs), please contact your booking provider for assistance.
For new reservations, we understand the need for flexibility in your travel plans. Hence our flexible rates and special rates will now allow you to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. This is valid for bookings made directly with the hotel, and from our brand website.

We care for our guests and employees by introducing additional measures to safeguard their wellbeing. Our employees have been well tutored on the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and local health authorities. They are ready to render assistance to any guest that may feel unwell.

By Air: The nearest airport from the resort is the Kannur Airport, located 86 km away. It has good flight connectivity to cities across the country as well as the Middle-East. Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru is 290 kms away.
By Rail: Mysore Junction is the closest railway station to Madikeri, 121 kms away. The station has good connectivity to many Indian cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Bengaluru
By Road: Coorg can be reached via a 270 km drive from Bengaluru or 110 kms from Kannur. Coorg Wilderness Resort is 5 kms from Madikeri town.

Change of Date: If you need to amend your travel dates, 1 change in dates can be done at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least 10 days prior to the original arrival date and is subject to availability for the newly requested dates. Please note that the final decision is at the discretion of the Hotel.
Payment: 100% of the payment amount will be required to be paid at the time of booking.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All bookings can be cancelled and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of AVcredits, provided it is done strictly XXX days prior to check-in date. Post that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible with a 3.5% transaction charge.
Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge mentioned in the extra person policy
Child Policy: One child under the age of XXX years may stay free of charge in existing bedding. A child between 5 and 12 years may stay at a surcharge of XXX.

The lush greenery, beautiful weather and the stunning views of the valleys and hills will surely amaze you. Witness the local flora, fauna and the picture-perfect town of Coorg.
Visit Bylakuppe Golden Temple: Located in Bylankuppe, just 20 minutes from the resort, The Namdroling Monastery, also called the Buddhist Golden temple, is one of the largest Tibetan settlements in India. The complex is home to thousands of Tibetan refugees and more than 500 monks. One can offer prayers, meditate and spend time amidst the scenic landscapes and emanating calmness of the temple.
Dubare Elephant Camp: Located on the banks of the Cauvery River, about 1-hour from the resort, Dubare Elephant Camp is one of the most popular tourist spots in Coorg. The elephant camp is the perfect stop for wildlife enthusiasts and elephant lovers. Visitors can observe the large number of elephants in their natural habitat, bathe them and even feed them.
Abbey Falls: Coorg is home to some of the most majestic and beautiful waterfalls in the state. About half an hour from the resort is the famous Abbey Falls. This picturesque waterfall gushes down from a height of 70 feet and is surrounded by lush greenery. Reach this location via a mini hike of around 200 steps through coffee and spice plantations. In-House Activities: Explore the untamed nature that Coorg has to offer through activities organised by the resort.
