By Air: The Brijrama Palace is located about 25 kms (50 minutes) from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi. The airport is well connected to all major cities of India and a few international destinations like Kathmandu and Dubai.
By Rail: The Varanasi City Railway Station is about 4 kms from the palace-hotel and is well-connected to a number of Indian cities.
By Road: Varanasi is connected to Delhi, Lucknow, Agra and Kanpur via National Highways and expressways. So if you love road trips, you should drive down.

Change of Date: If you need to amend your travel dates, 1 change in dates can be done at no additional charge, provided that the change is made at least XX days prior to the original arrival date and is subject to availability for the newly requested dates. Please note that the final decision is at the discretion of the Hotel.
Payment: 100% of the payment amount will be required to be paid at the time of booking.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All bookings can be cancelled and qualify for a 100% refund in the form of AVcredits, provided it is done strictly 14 days prior to check-in date. Post that, any cancellation, including a no-show on the day of arrival, will incur a full payment. Refunds in the original mode of payment would be possible with a 3.5% transaction charge.
Validity: Each package is valid for two adults.
Extra Guest Policy: Where applicable, an extra adult can stay at a surcharge mentioned in the extra person policy.
Child Policy: One child under the age of 5 years may stay free of charge in existing bedding. A child between 6 and 11 years may stay at a surcharge of Rs. XXXX.
